Delivery and Returns

Nationwide Delivery Options

We offer a UK nationwide delivery service using Royal Mail for smaller items and Parcelforce for larger items. The cost of your delivery will be automatically calculated at the checkout for you. Please note that some larger items such as large half-barrel barrel planters or Tree Ferns may need to be sent by pallet delivery. The cost of this will be displayed for you at checkout.

 

When you place an online order with us we take great care in selecting the healthiest plants for you from the nursery. Over the years we have developed our own tried and tested packing methods to ensure that plants stay healthy and secure when they are in the post.  

 Please note: There will be an extra charge for larger or heavier orders delivered to all UK Islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland. We will be happy to quote for these

Collection from the Nursery

If you live nearby or are planning a visit to our area, you can choose to collect your goods instead. The nursery is open every day from 9.30am - 6.00pm and offers a small tea room with a delicious array of cakes.

 

Local Delivery 

We also offer an economic local delivery service using our own vans, and can also deliver large items further afield (within a 50 mile radius of the nursery).  If you are interested do contact us and we will be happy to give you a quote.

 

Returns Policy

Please contact us first via phone or email before returning any items. If you change your mind about your purchase, or if the item you have received is not as described, you can return the goods to us, with the invoice which was enclosed in the package, within 7 days and we will offer you an exchange or a refund if the product is still in a saleable condition. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. When issuing refunds we are only able to refund your postage if the item was not as described or if the item is broken or faulty. If the return is due to a change of mind, we will refund the cost of the product but not the outward or return postage costs.
