Product Description

2/3yr old Family Pear tree. Three different varieties of apples have been grafted to the same stem, meaning that you can pick three different varieties -Conference, Williams and Comice - from the same tree. Providing a mixture of pears with different tastes and purposes. Average height 10-12ft. Quince A rootstock

 

Conference: A versatile pear that can be used both for eating straight from the tree or for cooking. It is pale green in colour tinged with golden russet. The flesh is white, firm and is both sweet and juicy. Ready in October and November.

William Bonne Chretien: An old variety that has a golden yellow colour with a superb flavour. The fruit can be eaten fresh or even used for cooking. Fruit develops early in the season and is ready by the end of August early September

Comice: A traditional fruit which can be eaten straight from the tree. The fruit is a yellow green in colour and often develops a rose blush. The pear has a sweet juicy taste. A good bearer, fruit is ready for picking from early November.
