Yew (Taxus baccata)

English Yew (Taxus baccata) is a slow-growing, evergreen conifer with dense, deep green leaves. It produces bright red fruits in winter which are attractive to birds. Yew is excellent grown as a specimen tree, where it will reach an eventual height of 30ft, or as a thick hedge, where it can be kept pruned to any height from 3ft. It is also great for shaping into topiary, and lends a classic, timeless element to a garden. Yew is very long lived, and tolerant of shady, exposed or dry sites and of pollution.

Our rootball yews are available for collection or local delivery with our own transport (OX postcodes). We also offer nationwide delivery on pallets, please contact us for a quote

We keep a range of sizes of rootballed yew in stock from November to March, however please be aware when placing your order that there may be a wait of up to 2 weeks before delivery/collection as your plants may have to be freshly lifted to order if we don't have the required quantity in stock.
