Oak is well-known as a majestic, native,  long lived tree, often called 'King of the Forest'. In late spring the tree develops small flowers and catkins, that are later followed by acorns. The leaves are distinctive, with wavy margins, and the bark is fissured . Oaks are suited to large gardens, forests or parkland.  Best grown in deep, fertile well drained soil.

The catalogue below is our full range available during the bareroot season from November - March, either in stock in the nursery or, in the case of the larger sizes, available to order. Over the summer we stock a smaller range of potted trees.

If travelling from afar, please call or email ahead to ensure what you are after is available currently.
