Echinacea

perennials-echinacea-banner.jpg

Also known as purple coneflowers, Echinacea are tall perennials with large, vivid flowers in shades of purple, orange and white. They flower from mid summer to autumn, so are perfect for adding late summer colour in any sized garden. Insects and butterflies love the large, open flowers, making Echinacea perfect for a wildlife garden.  They look stunning planted among other bold perennials such as Rudbeckias and Sedums or among grasses in a prairies style planting.

The majority of Echinacea plants are supplied in 11cm pots, which are £3.50 per pot (5 for £15). All varieties listed are subject to availability. We have a good range of perennials throughout the summer,  however you are travelling to the nursery for a specific variety, do feel free to give us a call or email to check availability before you visit. We will be happy to help and advise

If ordering online, please note that there may be a wait of up to 10 days before we send your plants, as we might need to order them in from our growers. Occasionally a variety becomes unavailable, in which case we can usually offer a very similar substitute.
