Helenium & Rudbeckia

Heleniums

Heleniums, also known as Sneezeweed, are perennials that, similarly to Coreopsis, produce striking, daisy-like, flowers in warm shades of reds and yellows. They are long-flowering, and ideal for planting in swathes in a warm colour scheme. They like a sunny position and make good companions to Coreopsis, and look stunning planted with deep blues.

Heleniums stocked during the summer at our Oxfordshire nursery:

Rudbeckia

Rudbeckia is a late flowering herbaceous perennial. The large, daisy-like flowers have contrasting centres, and held on tall stems and are often produced well into September and October. It makes a stunning display if planted with red varieties of Helenium such as 'Moerheim Beauty' and Echinacea.

All Coreopsis, Helenium and Rudbeckia plants are supplied in 11cm pots, which are either £3.50 per pot (5 for £15) or £4.50 per pot (3 for £12). All varieties listed are subject to availability. We have a good range of perennials throughout the summer,  however if you are travelling to the nursery for a specific variety, do feel free to give us a call or email to check availability before you visit. We will be happy to help and advise

If ordering online, please note that there may be a wait of up to 10 days before we send your plants, as we might need to order them in from our growers. Occasionally a variety becomes unavailable, in which case we can usually offer a very similar substitute.
