Visit the nursery - BOOK A TIME SLOT
Thank you so much for your support during lockdown, so many hundreds of customers have taken advantage of our local delivery service. Many are elderly and have been in isolation for weeks so have relied on our plants arriving on their doorstep to cheer up their garden. In return for their loyalty we pledge to continue delivering rather than just opening the gates to the general public like many big garden centres. In addition to deliveries we have two more options:
* click & collect service for those able to travel, where your order will be picked out for you. Select this option at checkout. Collect from 10am-12:30pm (every day except Sundays) following an email confirmation that your plants are ready.
* Click, Collect, Browse & Buy for those wanting to see and choose some of our lovely plants at the nursery. You can book a 30 minute time slot below - booking gives you a £30 voucher to redeem on the day. This is to ensure that limited spaces are taken by serious shoppers, rather than browsers, in order to keep our business viable in these challenging times (sorry but slots and space are limited). Within this slot you can also collect an order placed online if you wish then shop for additional items at the nursery (just write your booking slot date and time in the comments section on your order). Good news! You will be entitled to 5% discount on the day, and if you spend an additional £70 at the nursery you will be entitled to 10% off (subject to having a Garden Trade Card or when you join).
Please note that there are 5 bookings available per time slot (i.e. 5 customers in the nursery per half hour). If you need to bring a relative with you then please email us in advance as we need to ensure numbers are kept as low as possible. Sorry but we aren't allowing children at the moment, for everyone's safety.

If you need to cancel your click & browse slot: There will be an option to cancel the slot on the confirmation email, however please also contact us by phone or email as we need to authorise your refund manually.
