News from the nursery…

It’s a short week this week with today being our last day open in 2024. Everyone has worked hard putting our Christmassy things away & we are ready to hibernate for a couple of weeks.

We have had an amazing amount of support this year with lots of people coming to choose their Christmas tree from us (even braving the stormy weather) which helps us through the winter months of January & February when only the keenest of gardeners are out & about. Hopefully you have your tree up & are ready for the festive period. We are closed for our annual winter break for the next two weeks, re-opening on the 8th January.

The raffle has been drawn & the winning numbers are below. You can collect your prizes when we open again (any unclaimed prizes will be re-drawn at the end of January so keep your tickets handy). The Golden Ticket winning number is announced below as well! ⭐️

We have some exciting family news to share with you (if you haven’t already been told by mum & dad ?)…there will be a new addition to the nursery family as Simon & I are expecting a baby in February. This is the reason I wasn’t doing any tree lifting this year & why we had lots of help from some young enthusiastic seasonal team members. My bump has been well hidden with lots of layers of thermals, fleeces & coats!
