Product Description
A unique, late-fruiting variety, developed by the United States Department for Agriculture (USDA). Pretty, bell-shaped white flowers, tinged with pink appear in spring followed by green berries which turn a deep, glossy pink when ripe.
The berries have a delicious, sweet flavour and a firm texture.
Plant 5ft apart in rows 6ft apart, or grow in a large container using ericaceous (acidic) compost.
The leaves turn orange-red in autumn providing a long season of interest.
Self-fertile variety but growing with another variety (with a similar bloom period) allows cross-pollination and will help to increase the yield.
