Product Description
Common name: Filbert, Cobnut
A popular variety for commercial growers due to its reliability and good-sized nuts. Upright, deciduous shrub or small tree with heart-shaped mid-green leaves, reaching a height and spread of 5m (16ft) in 10-20 years.
Bears yellow catkins late winter early spring.
Produces edible hazelnuts in tubular husks ripening in autumn.
Average height 16ft (if left un-pruned). Full sun/partial shade.
Hardy.

Once again, Another really good, strong and well developed tree from Bunkers Hill plant nursery. Delivered promptly, well packaged and arrived in good condition. Excellent & helpful staff too, although I have moved to cornwall its still worth my while buying stock from Bunkers Hill.
