Common name: Dutch Rush, Rough Horsetail

A stunning evergreen with hollow, black banded stems adding year round interest. Incredibly hardy, it can even survive inside the Arctic Circle! Cut down in spring when new shoots are 6" tall. UK native species. Suitable for damp soil and pond margins.
