Product Description

Common name: Portuguese Laurel

These mature, pleached trees are perfect for creating an instant evergreen screen. 

They can be planted to form a hedge above a wall or fence, or used as a divider between two parts of the garden.

Trim yearly in late apring/early summer.

Girth (circumference of trunk): 10-12 cm

Clear stem:1.8m

Size of head: 1.3(h) x 1.2m(w)

Portugese laurel is slower growing than cherry laurel, and is ideal for creating a more formal hedge. 

The evergreen leaves are smaller and darker green, and the stems are an attractive deep red colour.

It can be easily trimmed into a neat, dense, evergreen screen.
