Crabapple. A conical tree with attractive white flowers produced from red buds from May to June, followed by red-flushed orange-yellow fruits in July. The fruits can be made into delicious jelly, are highly decorative and an important food source for a multitude of birds and animals. Crabapples make perfect specimen trees and  are suitable for the smaller garden. They prefer moderately fertile, well drained soil. Average eventual height 20ft
