Product Description
Common name: American Wisteria
A twining climber which flowers later than other wisterias.
The short clusters of deep purple-blue pea-like flowers are beautifully scented, and are produced in early summer.
Bean-like seed pods follow the flowers.
Less vigorous than sinensis or floribunda species, so good for pots or smaller gardens.
Average height 16ft.
Full sun/partial shade.
Hardy.
