Product Description

Cotoneasters are best known for their bright berries that are produced in the autumn and often persist into winter, creating a bright display when little else is in flower or fruit.

'Cornubia' is the variety most commonly grown as an ornamental tree and has the advantage of being semi evergreen. It is ideal for the small garden, growing to an average of 20-25ft, and grows well on most soil types.

Clusters of white flowers are produced in early summer amid dark green foliage, which are followed by large, pendent clusters of decorative, bright red fruits which are loved by birds. Ideal screening.

  • Eventual Height: 25ft (can be kept smaller by pruning)
  • Key Features: Semi evergreen, amazing berries, wildlife friendly
  • Suitable for: Screening, specimen tree
  • Conditions: Thrives in most soils
