Common name: Koidzuma's Wood Fern
A rare and unusual fern with new fronds that emerge brick-red in spring then mature to a dark glossy green and triangular in shape.
Partial shade or good light in well-drained moist soil.
Evergreen.
Hardy to approx -10 degrees celsius.
Great in a sheltered site eg woodlands, mixed borders or accent planting.
