Product Description
Latin name: Foeniculum vulgare 'Purpureum'
Slightly hardier than green fennel. A handsome tall perennial herb that grows up to 6-7ft tall. The fluffy, bronze-green airy foliage is beautiful and make a wonderful backdrop to other plants. The whole plant has an aniseed aroma. Roots, seeds and leaves can be used in cooking.
