Common name: Rose of Sharon
Also known as 'Oiseau Bleu'. A large, late-flowering shrub with showy, trumpet-shaped flowers in shades of vibrant blue with darker maroon centres from August to October. Great for adding a splash of colour late in the season and works well as a screening to create privacy next to a seating area in summer.
