Himrod:

An American variety of seedless white grape produced from a cross between 'Ontario' and 'Thompson Seedless'. Produces small but sweet tasting fruits with a 'honey-like' flavour that can be used as dessert grapes or for wine-making or juicing. The foliage takes on orange and purple tones providing lovely autumn colour. May be grown outdoors in a sheltered spot or in a greenhouse/conservatory. Average height 6ft+, spread 5ft+. Full Sun. Prefers a lime-rich soil. Hardy. Self-fertile.

 

Venus:

A good all-rounder producing deep purple-blue seedless fruits with a lovely sweet flavour that can be used for juicing, wine-making, cooking or eaten fresh. Self-fertile and suitable for growing under glass or outside in a sheltered spot. Harvest in October. The foliage provide screening and attractive autumn colour. Average height 20ft + but can be trained to fit smaller spaces. Full sun. Hardy.

 

Vanessa:

An attractive reddish-pink table grape developed in Canada producing seedless fruits with a good flavour. Self-fertile and suitable for growing under glass or outside in a sheltered spot. Performs well in cooler parts of the UK. Harvest August to September. The foliage provide screening and attractive autumn colour. Average height 20ft + but can be trained to fit smaller spaces. Full sun. Hardy.

 

Regent:

A great disease-resistant variety producing dark blue fruits with a high sugar content, great for wine-making but can also be eaten or used to make juices. Harvest in September. The foliage provide screening and attractive autumn colour. Average height 20ft+ but can be trained to fit smaller spaces. Full sun. Hardy.
