Common name: California Lilac
A low growing bush which has a slow spreading habit.
Can also be trained against a trellis or sunny wall.
Small rounded, dark green leaves are covered in blue flowers from mid to late Spring.
Average height 3-4ft (if left un-pruned).
Average spread 5ft
Full sun/partial shade.
Hardy.
