Product Description
Common name: Filbert, Cobnut
Filbert, Hazelnut. A US variety of this upright, deciduous shrub or small tree with heart-shaped mid-green leaves, reaching a height and spread of 3m (10ft) in 10-20 years.
Bears yellow catkins late winter early spring.
Produces edible hazelnuts in tubular husks ripening in autumn.
Average height 10ft. Full sun/partial shade.
Hardy.
