Common name: Barrenwort, Bishop's Mitre
A clump-forming perennial with green leaves, flushed red when young, turning red in autumn.
Charming crimson and pale yellow flowers with short spurs are borne in spring.
Excellent groundcover plant for shade (also tolerates dry shade).
