Latin name: Melissa officinalis 'All Gold'
Lemon Balm is a versatile herb excellent in drinks, stuffings and salads.
The golden variety likes partial shade (in scorches in full sun) and will create a nice neat clump aruond 45cm wide (unlike the green one which can be invasive)
