Common name: Water Cress
A native UK species with dark green foliage and small white flowers from May to August. Commonly called watercress it is one of the oldest known leaf vegetables but should only be eaten if grown in a known, clean water source. Good for pollinators. Suitable for damp soil and pond margins.
