Common name: Flamingo Willow
A fabulous deciduous willow with striking foliage that is pink in spring and develops a pretty variegation of pink, creamy-white and green before turning green before the leaves fall in autumn. The orange-pink stems provide autumn/winter interest. Yellow catkins are borne before the leaves in spring. Hakuro translates from Japanese as ‘white dew’ or 'glistening dew' and ‘Nishiki’ refers to a beautiful colour combination.
