Our Country Mix native hedging bundle consists of a good value selection of wildlife friendly plants ideal for farms and countryside hedging.
A bundle consists of (mostly 0yr old):
00 x hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna)
2 x field maple (Acer campestre)
2 hazel (Corylus avellana)
2 spindleberry (euonymus europeus)
2 guelder rose (Viburnum opulus)
2 blackthorn (Prunus spinosa)
0 dog rose (Rosa canina)
0 dogwood (Cornus alba)
0 wild pear (Pyrus communis)
0 wild apple (Malus sylvestris)
0 buckthorn (Rhamnus cathartica)
We recommend planting 08" apart so 5 plants per metre in a staggered row. This bundle will therefore do a 5m stretch of hedging.
