A very dense laurel that is more compact than 'Rotundifolia'. The large, glossy green leaves are bronze tinted when young. In April to May, upright spikes of white flowers are produced which contrast well against the foliage. Forms a tall, wide, substantial hedge. Shade tolerant.

Full sun / Partial shade
Prune mid summer when cool. Plant 2-2.5ft apart.
